George Kagame: An Oilman got into heaven and discovered that the space for Oilmen there is small and overcrowded. He solved this problem by loudly proclaiming: 'Oil Discovered in Hell!" , and the rest of them quickly fled. St. Peter, impressed,asked the Oilman what he might do with his newfound and eternal abundance. His response? "Actually....I think I'm going to see if there's any truth to that rumour."
