This was during the week that Rwanda welcomed perpetrators and formers heads of a brutal force in Sierra Leone headed by Foday Sankoh at one point which terrorized Sierra Leone as depicted in the now famous Blood Diamonds by Leonardo DiCaprio.
The prisoners Rwanda recieved are kept at Ntamba Prison in Butare which was supposed to host ICTR convicts.
